Answer: Yes. A drawing is required in all applications, and is used by the Office for several purposes, including printing the mark in the Official Gazette, and on the registration certificate.

Yes, you must obtain a clearance, or copyright license, for every sample that you use in your recordings. You can get a license from the copyright owner directly and negotiate a fee.

No. Registration as a corporation or of a fictitious name is not required before registering a trademark.
